McBreen Environmental is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Regional Sales & Operations Lead to oversee and expand operations within the Dublin area. Based in Drogheda, this role focuses on growing turnover, contributing & supporting operational planning for awarded contracts, and driving client engagement through site walks and meetings. As a key part of the Sales Team, you’ll play an essential role in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within the environmental or construction sector.
Strong understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and operational workflows.
Demonstrated ability to achieve growth targets and manage client relationships.
Flexibility to travel within the Dublin area as needed for client meetings and site visits.
Valid driver’s license.
