We are the leading North American supplier of the world’s most reliable electronic labeling system, Pricer. Reporting to the National Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting all sales leads within an assigned territory. The RSR will need to travel to prospective customer locations to provide demonstrations on all our services and solutions to various key stakeholders across multiple verticals such as hardware, grocery, and pharmacy. The RSR will present quotes and ROI assessments in order to close the sales cycle.
Location – Calgary or Edmonton

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and implement tactical account plans to uncover sales opportunities and maximize efforts in the field.
  • Collaborate with various departments including IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment, and drive overall growth.
  • Proactively and continuously support key stakeholders’ needs, expectations, and challenges in order to build trusted relationships on a continual basis.
  • Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Proactively generate new leads for future growth.
  • Utilize CRM to record, maintain & report customer information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience.
  • Associate degree, or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven track record of driving sales results and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to maximize territory performance.
  • Exceptionally well organized and has firsthand knowledge of the territorial landscape.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to understand and overcome customer’s buying objections.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adopt to quick business changes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent follow up skills and a sense of urgency when dealing with customers.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and valid passport.
  • Consent to undergo background check.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 80% travel, 20% work from home.
