Our products that we manufacture include over 150 different types of dairy inflations to fit most brands and types of shells, as well as, tubing, claws, filters, and a variety of other products for the dairy parlor.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Solution Performance Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of MI solutions, including Interface and Farm Service installations, Parlor Audits and Barn assessment.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for performance improvement, working closely with customer to implement solutions.
  • Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders on solution performance and user experience trends.
  • Trouble shooting customer concerns.
  • Keep and improve MI solution performance at end-customers.
  • Assisting product development by providing trial farms, assisting in evaluations, gathering data
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the bridge between RSM, Solution Manager, business stakeholders, dealers, and end-users to ensure alignment on user experience and parlor performance goals.
  • Present findings, recommendations, settings and products or solutions to end-users, dealers and RSMs.
  • Work closely with RSM and CS teams to process orders related to the implementation of recommended actions to end users’ barns.
  • Entering and championing Cases of concern in CRM Case management
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on the latest products, trends, tools, and best practices in MI design and solution performance optimization.
  • Implement and advocate for a culture of continuous improvement in user experience and performance across the organization.
  • Sales Activities
  • Creating Leads and Business Opportunities for Interface, Farm Services and PCI
  • Actively creating Order Intake from customers
  • Introduction and follow up on new promotional programs and products.
  • Use of sales tools to provide better and more efficient service to customers.
  • Execute the actions defined in the Regional Plan, aligned with the other areas of business.
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare regular reports on parlor audits and sales activities, and parlors performance.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and document sales activities, customer interactions and case management.
