Under the direction of the General Manager, you will be responsible for creating a regional service strategy and business plan that oversees all service operations across Canada and U.S. territories. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service support for our ventilation products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading service teams, developing service strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence. Under the service umbrella, you will build relationships with key stakeholders and oversee the commercial and residential service resolve from initial contact through to service closure and project completion. This role demands a blend of technical knowledge, service acumen, and strategic planning skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of service strategies for identified target markets and commercial/residential opportunities, ensuring alignment with Systemair’s overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Lead and manage a team of service personnel and technicians.
  • Ensure timely and effective service delivery, including installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation products.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers within the region, addressing any escalated service issues and ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support customer acquisition and retention through superior service offerings.
  • Generate detailed reports on service results, forecasts, and market insights for management.
  • Develop and manage the service budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to expand offerings and drive revenue growth through value-added services.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer service needs.
  • Ensure all service operations comply with local, state, federal regulations, and company policies.
  • Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety standards and best practices across all service activities.

Skills, Education, and/or Experience

The following are education and experience criteria used to evaluate the suitability of the Regional Sales Manager, North America Profile or candidates for the position:

  • Degree or diploma in business management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior service role, with a proven track record in service management within the HVAC, ventilation, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry and HVAC specification service process.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing service teams.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, particularly ventilation products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
