POSITION SUMMARY
CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a Regional Service Sales Manager for the Quebec Region.
The Service Sales Manager boosts revenue by selling service contracts, maintenance agreements, and spare parts to industrial refrigeration clients. They develop sales strategies, lead a sales team, and foster client relationships in the industry.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 8 + years of industry related sales experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for industrial refrigeration services, including market analysis and goal setting.
- Lead and manage a team of service sales representatives, providing coaching and performance monitoring.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships within the industrial refrigeration sector, understanding their unique needs.
- Create persuasive sales presentations and detailed service proposals, negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and revenue goals, offering insights and forecasts to company leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, providing feedback for potential enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate sales records.
