Description:
BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE TOMORROW
The Regional Sites Support Manager is responsible for supporting all of the Scotland Nuttall regional site and office staff, providing insight into any barriers preventing implementation of new initiatives and making recommendations for improvement to the senior site management team.
This role ensures that the engineering and office team meets customer needs, resolves technical issues efficiently, and maintains high levels of service quality. The manager also collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement and ensure that the technical support provided aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. The role requires a good communicator who can identify solutions to problems and bring people on board by positively influencing them so best practice is shared throughout the division and beyond.
