Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. Our industrial customer base is highly diverse and includes customers in the following end markets: appliances and electronics equipment; automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment and transportation equipment.

• Execution of the ESI Category Sourcing Strategy at the Regional/Global Level:
• Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers for assigned categories/subcategories and ESI user community yielding beneficial positions for the company.
• Proactively monitor relevant commodity market drivers for assigned categories
• Independently design and implement subcategory strategies and projects required to achieve cost reduction objectives
• Interview, hire, train, lead, direct, motivate, review employee performance, and employee development for NA purchasing team members
• Supply Base management:
• Proactively scan the regional/global market place for spend consolidation opportunities and initiate first level engagement with potential alternate suppliers
• Drive and proactively maintain strategic partnership development with new and existing critical suppliers
• Identify, evaluate and implement opportunities which optimize costs
• Ensure that contracts with regional and global vendors are actively managed in terms of pricing, rebates, quantities committed, etc.; must assure contract periods are tracked and maintained
• Proactively engage other sourcing / purchasing colleagues, identify and secure opportunities for additional Global Key raws materials
