JOB INFORMATION
Are you ready to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional healthcare services? We are seeking a Regional Supervisor, Long Term Care to support the Northern Lights Special Care Home (NLSCH), a 28-bed long-term care facility.
In this role, you will manage and oversee professional and support staff, providing guidance, direction, and leadership to promote excellence in Continuing Care services. Acting as a visionary and inspirational role model, you will ensure the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include monitoring overall performance and compliance with best practice guidelines, program standards, and policies while fostering a culture of safety for residents, clients, and staff. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven ability to produce results and thrive in a team-based setting, along with excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and sound judgment are essential, as well as creative problem-solving abilities for everyday work processes.
To be considered for this role, you must have the successful competition of a Baccalaureate of Science Degree in Nursing, and at least 3 years of clinical practice in Continuing Care Services and 2 years of supervisory or management experience is required.
