As a Regional Supplier Manager, you will lead the business relationship with some of our primary transport providers, as well as partnering with the internal Logistics teams. In this role, you will engage with leading transport partners to deliver an outstanding experience to Apple’s customers in EMEIA. DESCRIPTION

Handling the operational relationship with our industry-leading transport providers Work closely with our internal partner teams to deliver outstanding customer delivery experiences across the EMEIA region. Lead our management system for your providers and business route to markets. Provide our internal customers and partners with the trust factor. Manage a large spend portfolio and leading cost saving programmes across your provider base with support from our team of management accountants. Work actively with providers on product portfolios, using the latest technology available to deliver industry leading delivery experiences. Handle data integrity flows between Apple and your provider Identifying and implementing standard processes across the provider base. Ensuring security provisions are in place to minimise loss impact to Apple and our customers. Collaborating with the Procurement team to ensure the provider contracts are appropriate for Apple’s business needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Comfortable, confident and articulate when communicating to various levels of the organisation
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Thrive working both independently and as part of a team, in a very fast paced collaborative environment
  • Strong experience of delivering excellent results in a sophisticated supply chain
  • Results-orientated, taking on additional responsibilities when required to meet the goal

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Supply chain experience is preferred but other relevant experience will also be considered
  • Comfortable leading the performance of external third party logistics providers
  • Strong preference for third party logistics (3PL) experience
