WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, in supply chain management, logistics, engineering or related economic field
Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
- Advanced Hungarian and English knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing) as you will be part of an international team
- You have strong digital skills, confidence and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data), SAP and knowledge of power query are considered as plus
- Practical-mathematical mindset and problem-solving approach
- As soft skills we require good communication skills with an ability to collaborate and cooperate within an international team
- You have solid stakeholder communication skills with a proactive attitude
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- This role is convenient for a student part time, with supply chain or logistics related interest

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Main objective of the Regional Supply Planning (RSP) team is to lead the distribution requirement planning (DRP), material management and crisis support to plants.
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
- Run weekly/monthly sanity checks to align material master discrepancies in SAP and Kinaxis
- Support with daily/weekly/monthly update of templates for RSP tasks
- Weekly templates: allocations e.g. actual production follow up of adapted products in allocation
- Monthly templates: coordination meetings, DRP
- Support RSP with additional spot tasks and/or projects e.g. availability checks for project, promotion, sales push, rebalances
- Work with planning tools: Kinaxis, SAP, Excel, Tableau & Internal Schneider tools
