Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a highly organized individual with very strong attention to detail, can multi-task and screen a high-volume of resumes. The selected candidate must have excellent communication and listening skills, be very organized and time efficient. Must have a professional demeanor, excellent service skills, and ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff. Requires someone who is curious and interested in continual improvement of the candidate experience and actively looks for and makes recommendations for improvement as the organization grows and talent acquisition needs shift. It is imperative that the selected candidate has an eager willingness to learn and gain a deep understanding of our business to effectively engage and screen top talent for the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in Business or similar degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking systems; experience with JobVite preferred.
- Skilled at support employer branding and effective talent acquisition strategies via social media.

Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Engage with active and passive candidates to build a diverse pipeline of well-qualified GEI candidates by sourcing and screening candidates.
- Effectively interact with hiring managers and branch staff to understand hiring needs, present candidates and fill positions to support an effective, service-oriented talent acquisition function.
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct passive candidate searches and source well-qualified candidates.
- Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by efficiently using the system with accurate and timely data entry, understanding and maximizing use of the system for maximum streamlining and efficiency and providing reports and metrics to leadership.
- Participate in focused TA-related activities around critical hires, including serving as a liaison between hiring managers and the People Team to support effective search and selection processes. Could include coordinating with external recruiting partners, when they are engaged in a search.
- Oversee the region’s university/college recruitment function by partnering with regional and local operations and alumni to identify and forge strong relationships with universities/colleges to identify and recruit top talent.
- Effectively partner and collaborate with the People Team to support and execute on GEI’s talent acquisition strategy.
- As needed, provide back up to other Regional TA Administrators.
