Description:
JOB SCOPE :
This person needs to be able to handle both technical repairs of endoscopy systems, while handling the technical support for the regional subsidiaries and distributors.

Responsibilities:
(1) Repairs of Endoscope products from customers (subsidiaries and distributors); which includes
- Repairing of Endoscopy System.
- Repair data entry & create Repair Analysis Report.
- Coordinate (communication via email) with customer(s) for any technical support.
- Possess sound technical knowledge for all endoscopy products.
- Field service ad-hoc support to FSE (Field Service Engineers).
- Be a trainer for subsidiaries & distributors.
(2) Achieving set target for the numbers of repairs to be completed each month.
(3) Responsible for ensuring quality of repairs are according to specifications.
(4) Formulate Service improvement with Technical Supervisor.
