YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Milestone Technology Group has put down a strategy on how it will contribute to achieving Milestone goals as an organization. As part of Milestone Tech Group strategy, we are looking for a position in DACH region (Dusseldorf office) to help drive and strengthen our Open Platform proposition in Technology Partnerships and Open Platform area. The position will be based in Dusseldorf, Germany where you will operate from our DACH office and report to the Manager Community & Developer Engagement.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years background within the IT and/or security industry.
• Preferred experience with technology alliances with the open platform vendors.
• Have a background with hardware and software industry!
• Bachelor or equivalent education combined with equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and PowerBi.

• Collaborate with technology partners in the Milestone Technology Partner Program to develop strategic business plans with focus on growth, identifying new business areas and introduce innovative technologies to Milestone channel and end users.
• Co-develop customer-centric solutions tailored to specific industry needs.
• Advocate for the Open Platform Technology to potential partners, highlighting its flexibility and value in addressing business challenges.
• Educate Internal Teams and Manage Partner Pipelines Aligned with sales teams to address both technical and business needs.
• Facilitate smooth technology integrations, offering technical support and ensuring seamless product suite integration through APIs.
• Lead joint marketing campaigns to generate leads and raise awareness of co-developed solutions and collaborate with partners on technology roadmaps to enhance product offerings, promote innovation, and anticipate future market demands.
• Use data and KPIs to track engagement and performance, ensuring that integration and development goals are met.
• Regularly collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements, refining solutions based on real-world usage and insights.
