Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- In-house leadership and management program design and delivery
- Engaging classroom training leadership
- Specialised training in People Management, Recruitment, and Coaching
- Bringing classroom training to life through line manager coaching
- Maintaining training records on the system
- Supporting client training requests
- Developing bespoke courses for elevated leadership
- Building relationships and consulting on solutions
- Providing expertise on leadership and soft skills projects
- Designing, delivering, and managing Leadership Programs
- Supporting ongoing development of new employees
- Revising and updating programs for changing work environment
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Level 3 AET or Equivalent
- Level 3 CAVA or Equivalent
- Up-to-Date First aid at Work Qualification
- Experience In delivering Door Supervisor, Security officer and CCTV training to SIA standards.
