This position is responsible for coordinating, measuring and driving patient experience best practices across the organization. In this role, you will work in collaboration with the Director of Patient Experience and Training. Patient experience is a cornerstone of NVISION’s market presence and plays a critical role in fostering leads to our clinics. This full-time role will be an integral part of the growth team.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years of experience in the eyecare field (preferably Ophthalmology)
- Bachelors’ Degree from accredited 4 -year university preferred
- Depending on the pace of new acquisitions, this role may be working with multiple clinics simultaneously, each at various stages of implementation.
- Must be able and willing to travel 25-35% of the time.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized, efficient and excellent at time and priority management
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs on LASIK and cataract, including consult conversion rate, pre-operative evaluations, post-operative care, surgery kept rate and patient management.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars for Patient Counselors to enhance their knowledge and skills in performing LASIK and cataract surgeries.
- Collaborate with various departments including the marketing team to develop training materials, presentations, and educational resources.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in LASIK and cataract surgeries to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential training opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
- Work in collaboration with the Dr.’s in each site to ensure alignment among the team.
- Maintain a presence in newly acquired location(s) alongside Executive Director and integration team members post acquisition working with the clinical staff to implement new processes.
