Reporting to our Regional Quality Head, located in either Munro (Argentina) or Cuernavaca (Mexico), your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

VENDOR AND INGREDIENT QUALIFICATION

  • Review documentation and suitability of vendors as part of the vendor/ingredient qualification process, executing review of alternative Vendors data and New Ingredient Introduction (AVAP/NII).
  • Assure service lead time of workflow related to alternative Vendors data and New Ingredient Introduction.

KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING

  • Provide support and facilitate training specific to internal standards for sites and auditors.
  • Establish and review training material at the regional level

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality.
  • Driven and results-oriented.
  • Capable of handling multi-faceted projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and organized
  • Able to work independently, takes ownership and initiative
  • Requires approximately 40% travel
