REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF CHANNEL SALES (EAST) -UCAAS/CCAAS

The Regional Vice President at Sangoma Technologies Corporation is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales strategies and operations within a specified region. This executive role involves leading a team of sales managers, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets, and driving revenue growth through effective management of channel partners and Regional Channel Managers (RCM)/ sales teams. The Regional Vice President will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure the effective promotion and sales of Sangoma’s products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Assist Regional Channel Managers and Channel Partners in closing deals and provide necessary resources to achieve sales targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to the regional channel managers/sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales channel managers.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development and management of channel partnerships within the region.
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales and expand market reach.
- Support sales efforts by providing strategic guidance and resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the channel community.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer and partner concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor the CRM system to verify that RCMs are keeping the system up to date.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to drive company-wide success.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Address any issues of non-compliance and work with the team to resolve them.
