The Regional Vice President of Operations will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across our dental practices. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operations management, preferably in a dental setting. This executive role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in clinical management, a proven track record in operations management and a deep understanding of the dental industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The Regional VP of Operations will work closely with the COO and other senior leaders to drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and growth.
This Leader is crucial to the delivery of the company’s mission of providing every family with the key to access dental care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience in a dental setting.
  • Strong understanding of dental practice operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Open Dental and other practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Lead the regional team to execute these strategies effectively.
  • Monitor daily operations of multiple dental practices, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all practices.
  • Oversee budget preparation, financial reporting, and cost control measures to achieve revenue targets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Regional Leaders and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and retention, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery.
  • Work closely with dental professionals, marketing, and HR teams to align operational goals with clinical excellence and patient engagement strategies.
  • Ensure that all practices adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies, addressing any compliance issues promptly.
