Are you passionate about empowering youth and making a difference in East Arnhem Land? Look no further! We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Youth Manager to lead our talented team of Darwin and Arnhem Land-based employees to deliver our Youth Model.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Yolŋu Local Leadership Groups for community-led youth projects.
- Manage a team of three full-time staff in Darwin.
- Develop transparent governance arrangements aligned with Yolŋu values.
- Implement a community-led measurement framework.
- Co-design and deliver a regional Yolŋu Youth Voices Strategy.
- Champion ALPA values and ensure work health and safety.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program impact.
- Support East Arnhem Land initiatives for Yolnu Youth.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and manage the budget.
