Job Description
PROJECT ARCHITECT.
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and architect to work on a wide range of exciting medium and small scale projects across all work stages.
Our wide ranging work includes Public projects, Conservation and Commercial.
Architect on the RIAI Register of Architects/ Person eligible to seek registration as an Architect without further assessment.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of post-graduate experience necessary
- Excellent design and presentation skills
- Strong technical knowledge with precise attention to detail
- Experienced across all stages of Site and Project management
- Highly motivated, flexible, well organized with the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Working knowledge of B(C)AR, H+S, Statutory Regulations
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCad, Rendering systems is Essential
