Job Description
Brennan Furlong Architects are looking to hire a Registered Architect to join their practice, based in Dublin 3. We are an award-winning, design-focussed studio, delivering high-quality bespoke domestic and small-scale commercial projects.
The role will involve working on a number and variety of projects from inception through design, planning, tender and construction stages, working closely with the directors and other team members but primarily as the project lead.
Job Requirements
Candidates should be fully conversant in the use of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop and rendering programs such as Podium & Enscape.

Interested candidates should be able to meet the following criteria;

• RIAI Registered or eligible to register without further assessment
• A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience
• Experience of projects at Construction stage
• Detailed knowledge of Planning Legislation
• Detailed knowledge of Building Regulations
• Detailed knowledge and experience of Building Contracts and Contract Administration
• Strong communication and client liaison skills
• Strong IT skills and experience in using programs listed above
