Hello!
We are looking to hire a knowledgeable, organized and hardworking Registered Behaviour Analyst for a combined Senior Therapist and Clinical Supervisor role as our small business is growing. We provide in-home ABA services in Toronto (clients are located in Etobicoke, Midtown, and Leslieville), so traveling will be a part of the job. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working in the field of ABA and at least one year experience working as a senior therapist and/or implementing parent/mediator training. The hourly rate is negotiable.

Candidates must have experience and be able to independently:

• complete a functional behavior assessment
• complete skills-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK)
• coach and train others on DTT, NET, DI, and fluency-based instruction
• write behavior plans and program write-ups
• analyze and graph data (including standard celebration charting)

It is an asset if candidates have training and experience in Relational Frame Theory.
