Job DescriptionAs an RBA/BCBA at AspireAutism, you will assume the role of a Clinical Supervisor, responsible for:
- Analyzing initial assessments conducted by therapists and preparing detailed reports.
- Writing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior plans to ensure measurable progress.
- Scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person supervision sessions on a monthly basis to provide direct support to clients and their teams.
- Overseeing data collection and analysis conducted by Instructor Therapists, providing monthly feedback and making necessary adjustments to programs.
- Performing essential back-end tasks such as program updates, data reviews, and progress evaluations to align interventions with clinical best practices.
- Providing training and guidance to our skilled team of Instructor Therapists and Senior Therapists to maintain the highest standards of care and collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be an approved Clinical Supervisor under the OAP guidelines and listed on the OAP provider registry.
- Possess a valid Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) certification through the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Be in good standing with the CPBAO and meet all regulatory requirements for clinical supervision under OAP guidelines.
- Provide a current and clear police check.
JOB DETAILS
- Schedule: Flexible to work to your schedule. Required to be available to attend virtual supervision sessions when clients have sessions scheduled.
- Compensation: Based on experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently design and oversee individualized ABA programs to ensure measurable and meaningful progress.
- Provide training to therapists, parents, and other professionals on implementing ABA treatment programs.
- Schedule virtual supervision sessions with clients on a monthly basis and maintain detailed supervision notes for each client.
- Exercise clinical judgment to drive program success, system improvements, and client outcomes.
- Assist therapists in delivering parent training curricula to ensure continuity of care outside sessions.
- Potentially attend in-person supervision sessions when schedule and location permit.
- Review and analyze assessment reports such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS.
- Prepare and review initial assessment reports and discharge reports.
- Collaborate closely with families, school staff, SLPs, and OTs.
- Regularly update treatment plans and align them with team strategies.
- Attend monthly team meetings.
