We’re recruiting now for a Registered Children’s Home Manager in our Daventry home!
Salary: £55,639.00 - £58,032.00 (inclusive of £10,000 bonus per annum)

ABOUT THE HOME:

This home is a 28-day emergency placement home to support children and young people who are coming out of crisis situations feel safe and settled in a short-term placement to enable the local authority to find a suitable long term placement. This could be returning to the family home, a long term residential placement, ISA’s, or foster care.
We can accommodate up to 3 children or young people of any gender. Our objective is to provide a safe, stable environment in which the local authority can make reasonable arrangements for a transition period into long term placements to enable the child or young person’s long-term needs to be met.
