PAY SCALE: $165,000 - $187,000 ANUALLY DOE

Our main focus is the energy sector, but we also work with public agencies and private developers. We have several large multi-year contracts with SDG&E for civil site design and distribution design.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• California Registration (RCE)
• Five years minimum experience managing employees, projects, clients, and projects
• Fifteen years minimum experience in civil design utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent skills utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with local agency requirements and regulations
• Ability to manage a team independently, market to clients, and possess advanced skills in critical thinking and judgement

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Electric utility design
• Public agency projects
• QSD, QSP certification
