Our rehabilitation team is seeking a personable, team oriented and confident full time Registered Clinical Counselor to join us in our Surrey Fleetwood clinic! The RCC will be responsible for the provision of intake assessment and treatment services for clients with a variety of mental health and physical health diagnoses. The successful candidate will join our highly experienced interdisciplinary care team consisting of Physical Therapists, Physicians, Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, Pharmacist and Clinical Experience Associates. You will have a varied caseload with the opportunity for both interdisciplinary and single disciplinary service delivery to positively impact and make meaningful differences for the clients we serve.

• Psychological assessment for treatment planning
• Counselling/treatment/education
• Psychological case management input and direction to the therapy teams pertaining to initial assessment, treatment planning, clients’ progress, conflict resolution, stakeholder discussions and problem solving, and discharge planning
• Quality reporting and communication
• Orientation and mentoring to assist other team members to effectively manage clients’ psycho-social issues
