Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling services to clients referred privately, by employers, by various insurance companies, and other third-party organizations to address psychosocial problems related to injury, trauma, and mental illness.
- Adopt a goal-focused, therapeutic approach for alleviating distress and improving social and occupational functioning.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to discuss clients’ treatment plan and goals, the progress made to date, and any barriers to treatment.
- Delivery quality reporting and effective communication with all stakeholders.
