As a Registered Group Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of service for Walgreens patients and customers. Your leadership will be critical in guiding our Centralized Services team to deliver excellence on a daily basis. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for complex issues, providing technical guidance and support to your team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Pharmacist and at least two years of experience as a pharmacist.
• Current pharmacist licensure in multiple states as required by Centralized Services or willing and able to obtain licensure in multiple states within six months of position start date in order to service as PIC for facility licensing across multiple states.
• Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community and with vendors.
• Experience prioritizing, performing, and making decisions while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, empowering, training staff and fostering a team environment.
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane and/or print functions).
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste and save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet).
• Willing to work various hours, any shift, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willing to travel up to at least (10) of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Supervisory experience.
• PROMISE, INTERCOM, and PLUS computing systems and related functions.
• Centralized Services leadership experience.
• Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $90,155.00 - $117,040.00 per year
