Description:

COME AND JOIN ONE OF THE UK’S LARGEST PROVIDERS OF COMPLEX CARE. WE PROUDLY EMPLOY OVER 4000+ PEOPLE - NO MATTER WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE, WE HAVE JOBS FOR EVERYONE.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead and shape our brand-new trauma-informed therapeutic children’s service at Ivetsey House in Stafford. Designed to feel like a true family home, this unique service will provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people, where they can flourish and feel truly valued.
With space for just 3 to 4 children, Ivetsey House will focus on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, offering personalised care that mirrors the routines and relationships of a family home. From supporting with homework to sharing everyday moments like mealtimes and activities, this service is built on fostering trust, connection, and emotional well-being.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build and lead a new service from the ground up. You will play a key role in shaping a brighter future for vulnerable children, supported by an organisation that is dedicated to making a lasting difference.
If you are passionate about creating a nurturing, family-style environment and delivering exceptional trauma-informed care, we would love to hear from you.
