Job Title: Children’s Home Registered Manager
Reports To: Quality and Performance Director
Location: Wakefield, WF1
Salary: £60,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff, fostering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for children aged 8-18.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning and development within the team to enhance care quality.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments in consultation with children, young people, and professionals.
- Staff Recruitment & Development: Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality care.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with directors to develop and implement strategies that enhance the service and meet all regulatory requirements.
