In your role, you will receive ongoing support by a dedicated team consisting of Regional Manager, Deputy Managers, HR & Recruitment, Finance, Compliance,
You will also receive support and guidance a proactive regional manager, who has been with the company for years. Furthermore, a dedicated Divisional Manager will be at your disposal, enhancing the wealth of expertise and support available to you.

Responsibilities:
- You will be accountable for delivering high quality care within the home, ensuring the care and progress children make is outstanding.
- You will be responsible for delivery of quality care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day to day management matters.
- Leading your team along with other professionals, you will provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child focused on obtaining the best outcomes.
- You will act as a positive role model to colleagues and children to meet their everyday living needs, developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.
- Responsible for mentoring of staff, organisation of work patterns, facilitation of care focussed training to QCF level 3, performance reviews and appraisals
- Service development, budget and financial performance of the home.
- The protection, safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of our children and young people.
