Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a key member of our team the Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is responsible for providing professional massages that address guests needs. They will have a genuine passion for providing exceptional treatments, including luxurious full-body rituals. The RMT will provide a high level of hospitality and exceptionally clean space. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow, with a strong desire to explore new techniques and services in the wellness industry.
Your contributions to the team include:
- Perform massage while always maintaining the guest’s comfort.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Certification from an accredited school of massage required.
- Must be a team player and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, significant use of memory.
- The desire for continuous learning.
- 1-2 years of guest service experience
- Experience in a hotel/hospitality environment is preferred.
