Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for creating an atmosphere of overall wellness that combines body, mind, and spirit. Using specialty massages and body treatments, the Registered Massage Therapist will provide guests with a sense of joy and relaxation. This role requires you to use your emotional intelligence and professional training to identify the best treatment options to maximize your clients’ experience.
A day in the life
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service throughout treatment.
- Conduct personalized assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for guests.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques to address guests’ specific needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential guest records.
- Practice safe work environment standards and uphold health and safety guidelines.
- Educate clients on self-care practices, home exercises, and retail products.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy.

- A level of self-awareness that enables open communication.
- You bring excellent decision-making skills with attention to detail that demonstrates a caring nature.
- Registered Massage Therapy Certification from an accredited and recognized massage school in B.C. Alternatively, able to provide governing body credentials and prior learning assessment (CPLA) to assess equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Experience with body treatments and wraps is considered an asset.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings from 4 pm until 9 pm.
