Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our Hamilton clinic. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various massage techniques and dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients, ranging from professional athletes to individuals seeking to optimize their movement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Proficiency in various massage techniques, with a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary or integrative healthcare setting.
• Additional certifications or training in specialized massage techniques.

Experience:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ health histories, concerns, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote overall wellness.
• Educate clients on post-massage care, including stretching, strengthening exercises, and relaxation techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide integrative care.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for clients.

• Deliver personalized massage therapy, including therapeutic and relaxation treatments.
• Assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
