• Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in an outpatient setting accordance with clinic protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Make clients feel welcome and comfortable and promote the benefits of massage therapy as specific to each client and recommend frequency.
• Be on time for each massage appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
• Maintain the treatment rooms neat, professional manner including stocking products and linens, cleaning, and instrument sterilization.
• Work to build a massage therapy client base and assist in developing and implementing marketing ideas for the clinic.
• Completes required client notes, maintains accurate documentation and filing of client files after each visit.
• Maintain a positive attitude, be flexible, and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Assists in activities including staff meetings, promotions and clean-up and housekeeping.
