Registered Mental Health Nurse Band 5

We are looking for two band 5 mental health nurses on Frays ward Riverside Centre. Frays ward is an 18 bedded Acute male adult mental health Unit. We would like to recruit nurses who have good strong leadership skills and be able to work independently but also above all to work collaboratively and effectively within the team. Ability to prioritise and make sound decisions sometimes under pressure. Good communication skills, able to work at times without direct supervision and problem solving skills.

All our wards are currently engaging in Quality Improvement projects as we continually seek to improve service-user experiences and provide high quality outcomes. You will have the opportunity to engage in these projects and be supported to identify new ones as we continue to evolve. Moreover, Frays ward will provide a mple scope for progression into more clinical and managerial positions, enabling you to broaden your horizons and take on new challenges.
