Your Role as a Band 5 RMN
As a key member of our team, you’ll:
- Provide therapeutic interventions and recovery-focused care tailored to patients’ individual needs.
- Monitor and assess mental health conditions, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families, building trust and resilience.
- Safeguard patient wellbeing by identifying and managing risks appropriately.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid NMC PIN and registration as an RMN.
- At least 6 months of post-registration experience in mental health nursing.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- Experience working in settings such as psychiatric wards, crisis teams, or community care.
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for mental health care.
