The HCC operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week delivering confidential telephone assessment and information services to the people of Queensland. The HCC strives to educate and empower people to make informed choices about their health and health care, promoting better health through the delivery of evidence-based clinical practice.
Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Tele-triage delivers safe compassionate clinical care to provide virtual care to callers across Queensland; working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve best practice patient outcomes. The Registered Nurse engages in reflective, analytical practice through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of direct person-centred care. The Registered Nurse continually improves their skills and knowledge to become a highly skilled Registered Nurse.
