Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse (Dermatology Nurse)
Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Nurse to join our reputable clinic in Dubai. As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting our doctors in delivering exceptional dermatological and aesthetic care. You will assist in providing high-quality treatments, ensuring patient satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of care. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE, along with a solid understanding of aesthetic treatments, including injectables and aesthetic machines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during aesthetic treatments, including injectables, lasers, and skin treatments, with precision and care.
• Ensure the smooth flow of procedures by preparing the necessary equipment and materials.
• Maintain a warm and professional environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Educate patients on treatments and aftercare instructions, ensuring they feel reassured and informed.
• Assist in the development of treatment plans as per the doctor’s guidance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless operations and excellent service.
• Uphold the clinic’s commitment to patient satisfaction and care excellence.

Requirements:

• DHA License is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aesthetic/Derma nursing in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of aesthetic procedures, including injectables, lasers, and other advanced skincare treatments.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage patient relationships effectively.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, care, and satisfaction.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Proficiency in assisting doctors during aesthetic treatments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in supporting procedures.
• Ability to educate and reassure patients during aesthetic procedures.
• Familiarity with a wide range of aesthetic equipment and treatments (e.g., lasers, PRP, chemical peels, etc.).
