Based in beautiful Broulee on the NSW South Coast, our client is a leading aged care provider, committed to delivering exceptional care and support to its residents. Working in line with their values, you will play a vital role in supporting quality care delivery. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide effective and holistic nursing care to residents in the facility through quality care assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation.
Our client is open to considering candidates looking for either full time or part time hours, working across day or night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to residents, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
- Work within a diverse team to deliver best practice clinical care that supports and enhances residents’ needs and wellbeing.
- Lead and motivate the care team to deliver the highest quality, person-centred care to residents.
- Manage the development, delivery and review of tailored care plans and assessments.
- Maintain quality care documentation, whilst supporting the Clinical Care Manager with ACFI assessments and Commonwealth Standards.
- Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care and clinical support for residents, in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
- Adhere to all relevant processes, policies, legislative requirements and quality guidelines.
