OUR HOMES:

Albion Park Rail: A beautifully landscaped surrounded home in a quiet but central location with plenty of privacy and space. With 149 beds, we have residents from all walks of life and are happy to share their story.
Mt Terry: A modern 151 bed home situated in the foothills of Budderoo National Park with attractive mountain views. An at home feel with a variety of sitting nooks, lounges and access to beautiful courtyards, terraces and outdoor gazebos. At Mt Terry we are seeking permanent Part Time RN’s but are also looking to cover upcoming maternity leave on a Part Time basis with the view to extend to permanent.

In consultation with the Manager, you will provide clinical care leadership, skill development and mentoring with regards to all resident clinical care needs. You will join a team that is providing the highest standard of clinical care and support for our residents residing in our aged care home to improve their quality of life.
