Description:
THE CLINICAL SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR INCLUDE:
- Airway Management, including Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning.
- Ventilation Management.
- Tube Feeding (PEG / JEJ / NG)

In addition to this, you’ll be responsible for providing ongoing mandatory training and development to ensure our healthcare professionals are trained to national standards and up to date with the latest requirements and best practice guidance.
It’s a specialist role that requires clinical expertise along with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads. We’re looking for someone who shares our values and is as passionate about care as we are.
You will be based at your local Apollo Home Healthcare office in Peterborough , but some flexibility is required as you will be travelling to clients’ homes across East and South East regions.

“The Clinical Nurse Specialist role offers nurses the best of both worlds with a combination of office-based duties such as delivering training, supporting the wider team and writing care plans with patient contact where you will spend time in the field building relationships with your patients and their families, developing bespoke care plans and upskilling HCA’s to deliver clinical tasks.
The role is predominantly Monday to Friday 9-5, with some flexibility to meet the specific needs of your caseload, but you will always receive time back. This can sound to good to be true, but is just another example of the benefits of being part of the Apollo Home Healthcare team.”
