JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing healthcare team in Dubai. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care at home, including Doctor On Call support, Lab Sample Collection, IV Therapy, and other home healthcare services. You will work closely with doctors, lab coordinators, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best medical care for our patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Registered Nurse).
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience (home healthcare experience preferred).
✔ Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
✔ Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
✔ Compassionate, professional, and committed to patient care.

✅ Doctor On Call Support:

• Assist doctors during home visits by preparing medical equipment and assisting in procedures.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and provide necessary nursing care.

✅ Lab at Home Services:

• Collect blood, urine, and other lab samples from patients at home.
• Ensure proper handling and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
• Maintain accurate records of sample collection and patient details.

✅ IV Therapy at Home:

• Administer IV fluids, injections, and medications as prescribed by doctors.
• Monitor patients for reactions and complications during IV therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on IV care and post-treatment guidelines.

✅ General Home Nursing Care:

• Perform vital signs monitoring (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels, etc.).
• Provide wound care, injections, and dressing changes as required.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication management and home care.

✅ Patient Care & Documentation:

• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
• Follow strict infection control protocols and patient safety measures.
• Ensure a high standard of care and uphold patient confidentiality.
