About you
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Provide key information about the role. Critical setting ICU/CCU/HDU . Participants in Transition to Practice (TSP) programs will undertake a program of study days and clinical skill development over a 12-month period. The educational content will be delivered over a 6-month, with clinical skill consolidation and support over 12 months. All positions are ongoing with Calvary Riverina. Participants will usually transition into postgraduate study in the speciality area following the TSP program.
What you bring
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
RN with a minimum of 12 months experience (GNP completed)
Current employment at a minimum of 0.8 EFT in a relevant clinical area for the duration of the program as agreed by the NM
AHPRA Registration
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
