HOW WE CAN HELP EACH OTHER:

We need you to help us by providing professional nursing services in one of our regional aged care Homes. We can help you with a short term employer sponsored visa if required but are also committed to assisting you with your journey to permanent residency following a successful period of employment of 2 years.
We have a variety of locations available however are specifically looking for RNs who can relocate to Forbes, Bathurst, Wentworth Falls, Orange, Tumut, Batehaven, Grafton, Coffs Harbour, Mayfield, Newcastle, Mullumbimby, Unanderra, Berkeley or Wagga Wagga as a priority. For some of these locations you will require your own car. We can assist you with initial accommodation on arrival if required.

As one of our exceptional Registered Nurses, you will provide holistic, safe and quality care to our residents consistent with our Mission, Philosophy and Values. This includes:

  • Assisting our residents to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible.
  • Being a team-player with excellent communication skills who is able to liaise with care staff, family members, doctors and the management team.
  • Excellent reporting skills to complete necessary compulsory reporting, progress notes and incident reporting
  • Comprehensive clinical skills
  • A passion for providing professional, holistic care

To be considered for this great opportunity, you will possess the following:

  • Completion of tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare, or similar (Bachelor of Nursing)
  • Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Previous experience working within a residential aged care facility in a similar role as Registered Nurse
  • Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Check (NDISWSC)
  • Driving licence and own car (preferred)
