Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for surgical care? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, where collaboration between nurses and surgeons drives exceptional patient outcomes in the specialized field of oral surgery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Current and active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in surgical or perioperative care.
• Current certifications in:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) – required
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – preferred

• Up-to-date immunizations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to support effective teamwork and patient communication.
• Strict adherence to patient confidentiality and relevant privacy regulations.
• Strong computer skills for accurate documentation and seamless communication.

• Monitor patients in the recovery room, ensuring safety and comfort by maintaining airway patency, tracking vital signs, and effectively managing pain.
• Establish and maintain intravenous (IV) access with proficiency, including the administration of IV medications.
• Provide thorough patient education to support and promote successful post-operative recovery.
