Responsibilities:
· To work as part of a team to provide, maintain professional standards and ensure that a high standard of nursing care is always provided
· To create and maintain person centred service user care plans, risk assessments, incident forms and any other relevant documentation as required.
· To monitor and manage the health and well-being of the residents
· To manage and administer medication and manage emergencies confidently
