Description:
We support adults of different ages, with a diverse need. This includes profound and multiple learning disabilities with complex health needs, challenging behaviours, physical and mental health needs. We support these individuals in all aspects of their daily living. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a seven-day service, which includes weekend, nights and bank holidays.
