Registered Nurse - Full Time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of BScN or RN diploma program with current registration in good

standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the role of interdisciplinary health care providers as

part of a collaborative team.

• Experience in OTN coordination.
• Understanding of community based primary care prevention programming.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the vision, mission and values of

the Family Health Team initiative.

• Good organizational skills and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to

manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload.

• Ability to provide attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide regular attendance.
• Knowledge of Consent and Release of Information legislation.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
