QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• AHPRA registration and demonstrated experience in oncology nursing.
• Proficiency in high-acuity settings and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CVAD management and IV cannulation.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our growing radiotherapy service as a Registered Nurse on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will deliver personalized cancer care, supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Educate and support patients undergoing radiation therapy.
• Administer medications and intravenous infusions, ensuring patient safety.
• Conduct patient assessments and provide pre/post-procedure care.
• Foster a culture of excellence in patient care through collaboration and compassion.
• Maintain accurate patient records and offer emotional support to patients and families.
